  • Son of Charles and Susan Colbery, of 52, Hattendean Rd., Blackheath, London.
  • After the Coroner’s inquest, Colbery’s brother stated that Colbery had had diphtheria a couple of months before he enlisted. Death was attributed to possible diphtheritic paralysis following anaesthetic.
